All spaces include heat, AC and internet. First floor units are individually metered for electric. Basement spaces include electric usage. Parking for customers is available in the parking garage next door – first floor, free 2hr parking; 2nd floor, 24/7 parking with a $10 monthly parking pass; and free 4hr parking on third floor.
